ATS Euromaster improves customer service by implementing Postcoder lookup

ATS Euromaster needed to improve their booking system on the tablets used by technicians in their centres.

Address forms can take a lot of time when the customer wants to book up quickly and continue with their day.

It can also be time-consuming for the technician filling in the details when they have other tasks to complete, so using a lookup and verification tool means the whole process is quicker for everyone involved.

Postcoder was integrated to give precise data and speed up the booking process.

ATS Euromaster considered many options for what would work best. A Senior Buyer for ATS explained, “We found that Postcoder’s Monthly Plan suited us well as it allows us to pay for an average amount of use each month but then if we go over, the service continues without interruption and we simply pay for our additional lookups. We didn’t want the hassle of estimating yearly use or having to keep topping up continuously. The services that Allies offer such as Auto Top-up and Direct Debit are also really great options but the Monthly Plan really works well for us”.

After just the first month of using Postcoder, technicians reported the speed at which they were now able to book customers in and recognised that the customers were getting less frustrated than when having to repeat lots of information over and over.
